Anne Farmer, a Vice President and Partner with TriNet Healthcare Consultants, has over 22 years of experience in healthcare. She specializes in Decision Support and Performance Management solutions for healthcare providers, and assists organizations with many aspects of these systems, including; strategic assessments, planning, project management, implementation, and ongoing benefits realization. She has assisted numerous healthcare organizations with Decision Support and Performance Management applications such as performance benchmarking, service line profitability analysis, flexible budgeting, and physician performance reporting. She has conducted cost accounting studies for numerous organizations. Anne also specializes in contract management solutions, and has assisted healthcare providers with implementation of these systems as well as ongoing review and benefits realization.

Anne is known for her creative problem-solving skills, and for her commitment to meeting client needs in a timely and efficient manner. She focuses on education as an important part of her projects with Performance Management and Decision Support systems.

Prior to joining TriNet in 1991, Anne worked for McKesson Information Solutions (then HBOC) as a Manager of Decision Support Services.

Anne is a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Previously, she served as the chairperson for the Massachusetts HFMA Decision Support/Improving Operations committee for several years. She is a 2002 recipient of the HFMA William G. Follmer Bronze Award, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

She is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

She is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences on Decision Support and Cost Accounting topics.
